Black Diamond Academy

“Black Diamond Academy for Marketing Services” was established under a cooperation protocol between the Education Development Fund, affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office, and Black Diamond for Public Relations and the Organization of Exhibitions and Conferences, signed on October 7, 2025. The protocol concerns the launch of the first specialized professional program in real estate marketing.

Technological advancement and the evolving principles and applications of marketing in the real estate sector make it essential for marketers to be proficient in developing marketing plans and strategies, analyzing competition for real estate products, and understanding customer purchasing behavior patterns.

This also includes mastering the use of social media and digital platforms in marketing, writing SEO-optimized advertising content, utilizing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and keeping pace with rapid technological developments such as 3D virtual tours for real estate projects.

The Academy aims to enhance the professional standards of real estate marketers, brokers, and agents in Egypt, reduce risks and errors they may encounter in practice, develop personal skills, improve overall sector performance, and contribute to the formulation of effective strategies for promoting this vital industry, thereby raising productivity and performance levels.

The program offers an academic qualification accredited by the American Real Estate Institute and the Egyptian Prime Minister’s Office, and certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, qualifying graduates to work both locally and internationally, particularly within the European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The significance of this professional program also stems from the government’s direction toward regulating the real estate brokerage profession under the supervision of the Prime Minister’s Office and introducing regulations that grant only holders of this academic qualification the right to practice the profession, as part of broader efforts to organize the real estate market in general and the real estate marketing sector in particular.

Participants receive 80 study hours, designed not to conflict with their professional commitments, delivered either through in-person attendance or via distance learning (online platforms).

At the end of the program, participants must pass a final examination to obtain an internationally accredited certificate, also locally recognized by the Prime Minister’s Office and certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon request.

The curriculum was developed entirely by the Education Development Fund of the Prime Minister’s Office and is delivered by a distinguished group of academics from Germany, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Egypt, alongside leading real estate experts, foremost among them:

Eng. Tarek Shoukry – Deputy Head of the Housing Committee in the Egyptian House of Representatives; Chairman of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries; and Chairman of the Board of Arab Companies for Real Estate and Tourism Investment.

Eng. Ahmed Sabour – Member of the Egyptian Senate; Chairman and CEO of Al Ahly Sabbour for Real Estate Development.
Eng. Walid Mokhtar – Secretary-General of the Egyptian Real Estate Council; CEO of Iwan Real Estate Development.
Graduation Details
The academic certificate is awarded upon completion of the program and successful passing of the final examination, which includes a graduation project evaluated by a specialized jury committee.
The program also provides employment opportunities in major real estate companies for participants who wish to pursue such opportunities.

The First Cohort
The first cohort is scheduled to graduate in the first week of February and includes 25 marketers from leading real estate development and marketing companies in Egypt.
The curriculum delivered to the first cohort comprised specialized training programs that enhance excellence and professionalism in the real estate sector, positioning graduates to become part of the future front line of real estate marketing in Egypt. It also qualifies them for senior professional positions that contribute to improving performance within sector companies, developing national competencies, and enabling them to compete at both regional and international levels
