Although “Black Diamond” is still a startup specializing in organizing exhibitions and conferences, it has successfully launched numerous events both inside and outside Egypt.
All these events align with the country’s vision to attract foreign direct investment to Egypt, particularly in the real estate sector, which has recently become the primary driver of economic growth in the country.

Our Objective
- The company aims to organize a variety of economic events in general, with a particular focus on the real estate sector, both within Egypt and abroad in the coming period. This will contribute to revitalizing the real estate sector and, by extension, the local economy.
- Additionally, "Black Diamond" seeks to attract direct foreign investments by launching a series of joint events across various economic sectors in several Arab countries. These events will involve participation from national banks, ministers, officials, and business leaders, as well as relevant investment entities.
- To achieve this goal, the company follows a comprehensive approach aimed at introducing the Egyptian real estate product before marketing it, under the slogan "Marketing Egypt Internationally is a Strategic Goal of the Egyptian State". This approach aims to attract more diverse investments, boost real estate exports, and highlight the Egyptian government's initiatives, including the offer of citizenship and residency to various nationalities in exchange for purchasing property and bringing in investments.
