Industry leaders examine market performance, foreign investment and efforts to promote Egypt’s real-estate exports
A group of Egypt’s leading real-estate developers gathered at an event organized by Black Diamond for Public Relations and Conference Organization to discuss the performance of the property market and the challenges facing the sector.
The gathering was held in honor of Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour and Secretary-General of The Investor conferences, and one of the prominent figures in Egypt’s real-estate development industry.
The meeting, attended by Ahmed Abu Ria, Chairman of Black Diamond, brought together senior developers and industry leaders for discussions on market conditions, investment challenges and the prospects for attracting greater foreign capital to Egypt’s real-estate sector.
Participants also examined efforts to promote real-estate exports and strengthen Egypt’s ability to attract international investors to its property market.
The discussions provided an opportunity for developers to exchange views and experience on the sector’s performance, as well as the challenges and opportunities shaping its next phase.
The gathering also featured a celebration of Sabbour’s birthday, adding a personal dimension to the event and reflecting the strong professional ties within Egypt’s real-estate development community.
The occasion also highlighted the role of established industry leaders in passing their experience and expertise on to a new generation of Egyptian real-estate developers.
