Black Diamond Academy for Marketing Services celebrated the graduation of the first class from its specialized professional program in real estate marketing, in cooperation with the Education Development Fund, affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office. Graduates received internationally accredited certificates from the American Institute of Management in the United States, reflecting the program’s success in preparing Egyptian professionals capable of meeting the demands of the real estate job market both locally and internationally.
The graduation of this first class is the culmination of the strategic partnership between Black Diamond Academy and the Education Development Fund, which aimed to transfer international expertise to the Egyptian market through a comprehensive training program combining theoretical study and practical application. The program featured a select group of experts and specialists from Egypt, the UAE, and Germany, contributing to establishing professional standards and raising the level of professional practice in the real estate marketing sector.
The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of prominent real estate developers in Egypt, including Engineer Ahmed Sabbour, Member of the Senate and Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Company; Engineer Walid Mokhtar, Chairman of Ewan Company and Secretary-General of the Real Estate Export Council; Engineer Ayman Amer, CEO of SODIC; Engineer Ahmed El Adawy, CEO of Inertia Real Estate Development Company; Dr. Bahaa Salem, Chairman of Al Salem Holding Group; and Engineer Hussein Ahmed Sabbour, Vice Chairman of Landmark Properties (LMD). They witnessed the distribution of internationally accredited certificates to the first graduating class, affirming the program’s success in preparing qualified professionals according to the latest global standards.
Ahmed Abu Raya, CEO of Black Diamond Exhibitions and Conferences, emphasized that the graduation of the first class represents the culmination of the successful partnership with the Education Development Fund and underscores the program’s ability to develop professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with the rapid developments in the real estate sector. He added that the professional program was designed according to international best practices and relied on practical training and simulations, ensuring that participants are qualified to practice the profession professionally according to internationally recognized standards. He pointed out that the graduates obtaining internationally accredited certificates represents an important step towards elevating the real estate marketing profession, enhancing customer confidence, and supporting the state’s efforts to regulate the sector and raise the efficiency of its workers.
Abu Raya indicated that the high demand for the program and the results achieved by the first cohort reflect the need to expand this training model in the coming phase, which will contribute to preparing more qualified real estate marketers, meeting the needs of the Egyptian and regional markets, and supporting the state’s objectives in developing the real estate sector as one of the main drivers of the national economy.
In this context, Dr. Rasha Saad Sharaf, Secretary-General of the Education Development Fund, stated that the graduation of the first cohort from the specialized professional program in real estate marketing represents the culmination of the Fund’s vision to offer international professional programs directly linked to labor market needs, especially given the increasing demand for real estate marketing in the Gulf countries. She added that it also reflects the success of the partnership model with private sector institutions in preparing qualified Egyptian professionals according to the latest international standards.
In a press release issued by the Fund, she added that the program embodies the state’s focus on investing in human capital as the cornerstone of achieving sustainable development. She pointed out that the real estate development and marketing sector is a vital economic sector that requires professionals with both professional knowledge and practical skills, thereby enhancing market efficiency and improving the quality of services provided.
Sharaf explained that the graduates’ receipt of internationally accredited certificates from the American Institute of Management underscores the Education Development Fund’s commitment to providing world-class training programs that grant students recognized professional qualifications and open up broader career opportunities both within Egypt and abroad, thus enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian professionals in regional and international markets. She affirmed that the Education Development Fund continues to expand its specialized professional programs through the International Work Licensing Academy, aligning with the needs of promising economic sectors and contributing to building a national vocational training system based on international standards. This aligns with the directives of the political leadership to prepare qualified personnel capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the global labor market.
The Secretary-General concluded her statement by emphasizing that the success of the first cohort represents a starting point for graduating new cohorts of real estate marketing specialists. This supports the state’s efforts to enhance the competitiveness of the real estate sector and solidifies Egypt’s position as a regional center for preparing and qualifying internationally accredited professional competencies.
For his part, Engineer Ahmed Sabour, a member of the Senate and Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Ahly Sabour Company, who participated in delivering several lectures within the program, affirmed that true investment in the real estate sector begins with building human capital and qualifying personnel capable of practicing the profession according to scientific and professional principles. He commended the level demonstrated by the graduates of the first cohort and the awareness and knowledge they reflected regarding market requirements.
He added that this initiative represents an important step towards regulating the real estate marketing profession, expressing his hope that the accredited professional programs will be the basis for regulating the practice of the profession and granting accreditation to real estate marketers, in order to ensure raising the efficiency of workers in the sector, establishing standards of professionalism and transparency, preserving real estate investments, enhancing customer confidence, and supporting the state’s efforts in developing one of the most promising economic sectors.
